Online Ordering

Submit your order securely to us through our website. After you have placed an order, go to Account Options>Track Orders to view order history, status, and details.

Shipping Policies

Ship via a selection of shipping methods, or choose In-Store Pickup for free, easy pickup during store hours. All of our shipments are securely packed to ensure the safety of your items en route.

Your order will be delivered in 2-9 business days depending on the shipping method chosen. During August-September and December-January, delivery time may take longer due to the high volume of shipments we are processing. We appreciate your patience.

Returns

The majority of products purchased either in-person or online may be returned for a full refund per presentation of receipt and within 30 days of purchase (exceptions to this policy include textbooks and other course materials). Defective or incorrectly shipped products may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the products were shipped. Products that are not defective must be returned unopened. Please check the packing list for return address information.

Textbook Returns

Generally, textbooks (both purchased and rental) may be returned for a full refund through the second week of the semester (refer to slip received with books for exact date). After that date, books may only be returned in the event of dropping the corresponding course. To be eligible for a full refund, textbooks must be in the same condition as when received (if shrink wrapped, the text must still be wrapped).

Our textbook buyback event is held at the end of each semester during finals week at the back window of the store. Exact dates and times will be posted near the end of the semester. For more information, see Textbooks>Buyback Policies.

Textbook Rental Policy

Rental textbooks for traditional classes (including on-campus PSEO) are due on the last day of finals each semester (the exact date will be sent in reminder emails toward the end of the semester). Books must be returned in-person at the Campus Store, and will be inspected for damages upon return.

Although we record any preexisting damage before renting out textbooks, you should inspect your books yourself upon receiving them for any damages. If any are present, email us at [email protected] within 3 days to ensure that you are not charged at the end of semester.

Textbooks are considered damaged if they have any of the following: liquid damage or stains larger than a quarter, pages falling out, binding damage, or other significant damage. General wear and tear, such as worn edges and corners, is not a problem. Writing and highlighting are acceptable unless excessive.

Books that are returned late or damaged will be billed to the securing credit card used upon purchase of the rentals (if there is no securing card on file, it will be billed to your student account instead).
